摘要: Abstract F-gitonin, a saponin from the leaves of Digitalis purpurea L., is shown to be O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2 glc 1)-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3glc 1)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl 25D, 5α-spirostane-2α,3β-diol (gitogenin β-lycotetraoside) (I) and conjugation lycotetraose with 3β-hydroxyl group gitogenin definitely proved.
