摘要: There is considerable interest in the potential for using operational research (O.R.) developing countries. One sign of this formation new societies O.R. scientists countries and regions where no such society had existed. Since 2003, have been formed several parts Africa. This paper focuses on West Africa, presents a bibliography papers relating to applications nations part continent.
