摘要: The potential of front-face fluorescence spectroscopy for the authentication unifloral and polyfloral honey types (n = 57 samples) previously classified using traditional methods such as chemical, pollen, sensory analysis was evaluated. Emission spectra were recorded between 280 480 nm (excit: 250 nm), 305 500 290 380 600 373 nm) directly on samples. In addition, excitation (290-440 with emission measured at 450 nm. A total four different spectral data sets considered analysis. After normalization spectra, chemometric evaluation carried out principal component (PCA) linear discriminant (LDA). rate correct classification ranged from 36% to 100% by single (250, 290, 373, 73% combining these sets. For alpine varieties investigated (acacia, rose, honeydew, chestnut, rape), 96% 100%. This preliminary study indicates that is a promising technique botanical origin honey. It nondestructive, rapid, easy use, inexpensive. use additional wavelengths 320 440 could increase less characteristic fluorescent varieties.
