摘要: Boundary layer dynamics, including surface processes determine the daily evolution of temperature and moisture in atmospheric boundary (ABL, Lemone et al., 2002). Moreover, turbulent mixing drives exchange CO2 between atmosphere biosphere and, finally, advection influences distribution carbon dioxide near (Yi 2000; Werner 2006; Eugster Siegrist, 2000), as a consequence Net Ecosystem-atmosphere Exchange (NEE) dioxide. NEE is continuously estimated around world usually from measurements at one height ground time concentration flux (Valentini Baldocchi 2001). In these observations, among other approximations, supposed negligible wellmixed considered during whole day. this study diurnal variability studied by means tower measurements, mixed-layer theory Large-Eddy simulations done with Dutch model DALES (Heuss 2010). The work presented here an extension Casso-Torralba al. (2008), where observations were presented. Particular attention devoted to analyze role on uncertainties calculation ecosystem-atmosphere for CO2.
