摘要: Anion binding is a timely research field that developing rapidly because anions play important roles in many areas. Hydrogen (H)-bonding has proven to be highly effective tool due its directionality and strength. This chapter focuses on the H-bonding-driven anion recognition by neutral receptors bear H-bond donors, such as (thio)amide, (thio)urea, pyrroles, acidic CHs, hydroxyl groups. The design synthesis of based these units have been explored number groups achieve better for different kinds terms constant selectivity. Recent progress aspects summarized this chapter. In particular, we emphasize properties XH∙∙∙anion (X = N, C, O) H-bonds crystal structure complexes, mode, H-bonds, lengths angles. Some solution studies including association constants are also presented. aim provide an overview field, utilization H-bonding binding/coordination, strategies receptors, their potential applications.
