摘要: Abstract The electrical, thermal and electrochemical properties of the Li 2 S–SiS –Li 3 MO (M=B, Al, Ga In) oxysulfide glasses were investigated. addition small amounts BO or AlO to sulfide system kept high conductivity over 10 −3 S cm −1 at room temperature improved stability against crystallization. In case GaO InO , monotonically decreased with an increase in content glasses. 29 Si MAS-NMR spectra these revealed that SiO tetrahedral units, which lowered glasses, larger added than those . Cyclic voltammetry suggested exhibited wide potential window V. most electrochemically stable. solid-state cells as solid electrolytes fabricated their charge–discharge performance was These worked lithium secondary batteries under various current densities from 64 2038 μA/cm excellent cycling 100 times.
