摘要: Corneal endothelial cell images taken by a noncontact specular microscope usually have strong gray-scale gradient and flare that make automated analysis very difficult. The development is reported of an system the image, using specially variant contrast enhancement to remove these obstacles from original image. results obtained are compared with traditional method uses hand sketch boundaries cell. >
