摘要: As the cost of health care has soared, policymakers have begun to lose faith in planning and regulation as a means controlling expenditures. Partly result, competition among hospitals received increasing attention cost-cutting measure. According traditional antitrust view, more hospital improves market performance lead lower prices. Thus enforcement officials become active care, mergers been challenged by U.S. Federal Trade Commission Department Justice. In United Kingdom well, government is promoting (Working For Patients, [1989]).
