摘要: Abstract Different types of axial-flux permanent magnet electromagnetic μ-generators have been developed in LEG collaboration with Laboratoire d’Electronique de Technologie l’Information (LETI), CEA Grenoble. A O8 mm planar generator consists a disc rotor cut out bulk SmCo5 or NdFeB, and silicon stator electroplated three-phase coils. High speed electrical tests exhibit an output power 5 W per at 380 000 rpm. first prototype integrated μ-turbo-generator driven by compressed air delivering electric 14.6 mW 58 000 rpm is also presented. Possible applications the range from high μ-gas engines for generation Watt level, to autonomous low-power μ-systems wireless flow air-speed sensing.
