摘要: Diode array detection (DAD) in capillary electrophoresis (CE) offers similar advantages over single-wavelength as it does high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Thus, confirmation of compound identity and establishment peak purity are critical issues CE, necessitating sensitive specific detection. With an optimized optical system, DAD yields sensitivity comparable to that single or variable wavelength detectors. Sensitivity can be further improved three five times by use expanded pathlength capillaries employing the so-called bubble cell. Optimization design, well maintenance spectral fidelity, will discussed this work. A variety applications specifically micellar electrokinetic (MEKC), with emphasis on quantitative analysis, sensitivity, linearity, identification, verification presented. The information for tracking MEKC method development assessment electrodistorted peaks also illustrated.
