摘要: Background: An increasing amount of both experimental and epidemiological data indicates that neonatal anaesthesia causes disruption normal brain development in rodents primates, as manifested by acute increased apoptosis longlasting altered behaviour learning. It is necessary to seek strategies avoid the possible adverse effects after anaesthesia. Our purpose show behavioural alterations ketamine exposure during this period may be prevented clonidine, a compound already used paediatric anaesthetists for sedation. Methods: To investigate protective properties clonidine pre-treatment, five groups 10-day-old mice were injected with either 50 mg/kg, 40 mg/kg 30 min 10 or saline (control). Apoptosis was measured 24 h treatment using Flouro-Jade staining. Spontaneous activity novel environment tested at an age 55 days. Results: Pre-treatment but not before abolished ketamine-induced changes observed young adult mice. The exposed alone showed no differences from saline-treated (control) Conclusion: administration eliminated mouse model, suggesting strategy protection. Alone, did cause any these tests.
