摘要: Fetal heart rate (FHR) tracings of 284 fetuses with meconium-stained amniotic fluid (MSAF) and 1,672 without meconium staining were compared to investigate the significance associated normal abnormal FHR patterns. MSAF was found be significantly more low 1- 5-minute Apgar scores higher neonatal mortality rates than control group meconium. An increase in patterns over as well postpartum sequelae itself likely responsible for unfavorable outcome. It is concluded that presence should viewed a warning sign fetal distress which warrants close intrapartum observation patient.
