摘要: Dense BCx phases with high boron concentration are predicted to be metastable, superhard, and conductors or superconductors depending on concentration. However, up this point, diamond-like rich carbides (dl-BCx) have been thought obtainable only through pressure temperature treatment, necessitating small specimen volume. Here, we use electron energy loss spectroscopy combined transmission microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, surface Brillouin scattering, laser ultrasonics (LU) technique, analysis of elastic properties demonstrate that low synthesis (chemical vapor deposition) may also lead the creation carbides. The dl-BCx depend carbon sp 2 versus 3 content, which decreases increasing concentration, while bonds determine shape spectra after pressure-high treatment. Using estimation density value based fraction, shear modulus μ dl-BC 4, containing 10% atoms bonds, dl-B C 2, 38% were found = 19.3 GPa 170 GPa, respectively. presented experimental data imply a during deposition processes.
