摘要: Resume Le retentissement fonctionnel de l’insuffisance cardiaque est generalement evalue par la mesure du pic V O 2 au cours d’une epreuve d’effort avec des echanges gazeux. Ce parametre possede une valeur pronostique et therapeutique majeure permettant notamment selection patients pour transplantation cardiaque. Neanmoins, l’exercice sous-maximal le traitement betabloquant tendent a limiter sa pronostique. La reponse ventilatoire pente regression lineaire E / C l’effort apparait comme un critere predictif evenements cardiovasculaires chez l’insuffisant En effet, il existe dans cette population hyperventilation exageree dont physiopathologie reste preciser. ne souffre pas limites liees l’intensite betabloquant. L’objectif cet article confirmer place essentielle que l’etude l’evaluation population.
