摘要: Resume Les kystes epidermoides intracrâniens sont des tumeurs relativement rares qui se caracterisent generalement a l’imagerie par une masse tumorale de densite et signal proches celui du LCS. denses exceptionnellement rapportes dans la litterature. L’observation d’une patiente 12 ans, presentant un kyste epidermoide spontanement hyperdense fosse cerebrale posterieure, responsable signes neurologiques focaux est rapportee. Le diagnostic ete confirme l’examen anatomo-pathologique.
