摘要: The effects of different femoral component designs on intraoperative range motion were examined in 40 female patients during primary cruciate-retaining (CR) total knee arthroplasty. After complete bone resection and soft tissue balancing, standard CR, high-flexion, gender-specific trials sequentially inserted, maximal flexion extension under gravity measured using a navigation system. Average flexions 134.3° for CR knees, 136.2° high-flexion 136.4° knees. No significant intergroup differences found (P > .05). High-flexion to show subtle increases as compared with the design but no differences.
