摘要: Wheat sprouts contain a very high level of organic phosphates and powerful cocktail antioxidant molecules. Catalase peroxidase activity appears strong. Regarding low-molecular weight molecules, TLC other biochemical analysis show the presence several classes compounds such as reducing glycosides, polyphenols, -SH groups. Antioxidant has been measured by potassium ferricyanide reduction means superoxide scavenging NBT. It also observed that oral assumption wheat sprout powder induces in old dogs significant senile cataract. These results clearly confirm administration natural can prevent or delay Moreover, it is evident biologically active substances be at least partially absorbed during digestion process. Our research now directed to recovery large amounts could used formulation nutritional complements.
