摘要: In an effort to find effective concentration that could minimize the side effect for clinical applications, and understand potential synergistic of hyperosmotic agents on optical clearing gastric tissues, porcine stomach tissues (pyloric mucosa) applied with a mixed solution glycerol dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) are investigated near infrared reflectance spectroscopy. Five chemical solutions, containing 80% glycerol, 50% DMSO, 10% 20% DMSO 30% respectively, prepared studied; all which show significant improvement in light transmittance, thus reduction scattering tissue. It is found that, among solutions investigated, achieves best penetration. Light transmittance increased approximately 29% diffuse decreased 31% at 30 min after topical application DMSO. This shows significantly stronger than even though they have same osmolarity. leads 23% increase 24% decrease reflectance. The has less osmolarity but achieve similar degree clearing. other words, enhanced by adding into it. suggested membrane penetration carrier probably accounts this effect.
