摘要: Background Malaria is the third most prevalent cause of infectious disease in world. Resistance parasite to classical drugs makes discovery new and effective more urgent. The oxidized derivative hydroxy-cis terpenone (OHCT) a synthetic molecule that not toxic cultured human liver cells at concentrations as high 60 μM inhibits activity cytochrome P450s metabolize many drugs.
