摘要: Handling flexibility in an ever changing manufacturing environment is one of the key challenges for a successful industry. By using tools virtual manufacturing, industries can analyze and predict outcomes changes before taking action to change real systems. This paper describes simulation tool that be used study effect level automation issues on design systems, including their overall system performance, ergonomics, environment, economic measures. Determining suitable provide with needed respond unpredictable events occur factory systems such as machine failures, lack quality, materials, resources, etc. In addition, this designed use emerging standards, allowing it neutral interface both upstream downstream data sources.
