The paper is based on a case study design conducted with Fulton County Health Department (Atlanta, GA). research contribution this makes twofold. First, it presents planning methodology to deliver through mix fixed centers, satellite facilities, and mobile facilities. Second, gives insights how use geographic information systems service networks.
