摘要: Numerous aspects of the wet acidic digestion procedure for assay Cr2O3 in feed and excreta samples have been investigated; these included time temperature heating, effects sulphuric acid concentration, wavelengths at which optical densities are read. On basis findings, modifications adopted.As dichromate solutions, end products digestion, influenced by their molarities, it is essential that such molarities be kept relatively constant. Reading 350 mμ permits a much greater sensitivity than does use wavelength 444 mμ. Standard curves with correlation coefficients 1.000 between concentration density were obtained consistently, demonstrating high degree precision.
