摘要: Abstract Some of the factors affecting precision in AMS measurements will be discussed and specific developments undertaken to reduce errors at ETH facility are described. Based on a large number 14C we show present limitations our system consider what improvements might possible. Further, comparison is made between high current achievements relating Be, Al Cl.
