摘要: The kinetics of the influx tryptophan and phenylalanine into guineapig intestinal rings have been examined. transfer these two amino acids can be described by a single transport system, each acid having an affinity constant, Kt, about 4 mM for mechanism. Mutual inhibition studies shown that inhibitory constant is also mM.
