摘要: Bats choose their habitats based on microclimate, structure, environment, human disturbance and availability. Selection of suitable roosts by bats can have fitness benefits providing shelter a place to rear young. To clarify the mechanism habitat selection Stoliczka’s trident bat (Aselliscus stoliczkanus), roost selection, ecology diet this species were studied from December 2013 September 2017 in mainland China. Ninety-six potential investigated. Of these, 73 occupied bats, 20 these used A. stoliczkanus. Eighteen variables related characteristics measured, stoliczkanus preferences evaluated using independent-samples t-tests Chi-square tests. The major environmental factors affecting determined principal component analysis (PCA). Roosts significantly smaller size than those other species, with more narrower entrances. Hibernation had relatively longer length, as well lower Breeding close nearest water source entrances, area covered water. Disturbance levels higher non-breeding that breeding roosts, hibernation non-hibernation roosts. Entrances commonly located sunny slopes, while entrances shady slopes. Our results are first describe stoliczkanus, increase our understanding species. mainly includes five orders insects, namely, Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera, Odonata, Diptera, showed clear seasonal variation summer autumn.
