摘要: An achromatic soft x-ray imaging system based on a transmission microscope equipped with pair of Wolter mirrors was constructed. The two for the condenser and objective were fabricated precisely by using an electroforming replication process. samples illuminated broadband high harmonic pulses in wavelength range 26 nm to 35 via mirror, bright-field images without chromatic aberration formed mirror. A single-shot image femtosecond laser pulse recorded at spatial resolution about 200 nm. fundamental capability realize will lead development microscopes extremely short illumination order attoseconds.
