摘要: Abstract Many one dimensional optically patterned photopolymers exist as surface relief or volume phase gratings. However, far we know, holographically recorded acrylate-based gratings in which both configurations are present not described literature. In this work report a two steps fabrication process large-area high-resolution hybrid volume/surface grating is created thin film of multiacrylate material spinned on proper designed substrate. Optical and morphological investigations, made the area, confirm presence double (surface Bragg phase) periodic structure.
