摘要: The modern understanding of the G protein-coupled receptor kinase 2 has grown towards definition a stress protein, for its ability to rapidly compartmentalize within cell in response acute stimulation. Also, mitochondria can be regulated by GRK2 localization. We show that Ionizing Radiation (IR) exposure acutely damages regarding mass, morphology, and respiration, with recovery framework hours. This phenomenon is actively GRK2, whose overexpression results protective, reciprocally, deletion accelerates degenerative processes. regulatory effects involve new interactome includes binding HSP90 phosphorylation key molecules involved process mitochondrial fusion recovery: MFN-1 2.
