摘要: Background and Purpose: Changes in vascular indices such as blood-to-brain forward volume transfer constant (Ktrans) plasma distribution (vp) are considered potential predictors of impending hemorrhage acute stroke. However, few studies have reported their spatial distributions variability within a given stroke lesion. This study examined the voxel-by-voxel vp Ktrans region interest (ROI) overall mean for entire ROI to investigate possible inherent variability. Methods: Male Wistar rats (~300 g; N=6) were subjected embolic occlusion middle cerebral artery 2 h followed by treatment with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rTPA) thrombolysis.
