摘要: Primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs) comprise a heterogeneous group of genetic disorders, predisposing to frequent and severe infections, autoimmunity, cancer. In recent years, the tendency develop cancers has increased in parallel with improved life expectancy, largely due effective immunoglobulin replacement other supportive therapies. The overall risk for developing malignancies children PIDs is 4–25 %, lymphomas representing up 60 % cancers. Defective immunosurveillance mechanisms infection oncogenic viruses have significant contributory roles many cases. this chapter, we review our understanding spectrum pathogenesis context immunodeficiency syndromes, emphasis on epidemiologic data, clinical patterns, potential importance cancer screening patients specific PIDs.
