摘要: Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is thought to be a necessary but not sufficient cause of most cases cervical cancer. Since oral contraceptive use for long durations associated with an increased risk cancer, it important know whether HPV more common in users. We present systematic review 19 epidemiological studies the genital and use. There was no evidence strong positive or negative association between positivity ever duration contraceptives. The limited data available, presence heterogeneity possibility bias confounding mean, however, that these results must interpreted cautiously. Further are needed confirm findings investigate possible relations persistence detectability infection.
