摘要: Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DReSS), also known as drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DiHS), is an uncommon severe adverse to medications. It important recognize it potentially fatal can cause significant morbidity. From the first reports of drug reactions related certain anticonvulsants characterized by fever, liver enzyme elevation, skin changes, our continuously growing understanding this entity has allowed us describe its physiopathology clinical features even further. The relationship genetic factors, viral activation, specific exposure now play a role in disease. There still not widely accepted marker for DReSS/DiHS, but spectrum laboratory been better outlined. mainstay treatment use corticosteroids, other options such intravenous immunoglobulin, cyclosporine, mycophenolate mofetil, rituximab, cyclophosphamide have described. We present comprehensive review literature on focusing history, etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, therapeutic approach, outcome.
