摘要: Sintering and gas hot isostatic pressing are used to prepare polycrystalline yttria-gadolinia ceramic scintillator bodies. Multicomponent powder compacts, formed by cold pressing, sintered the closed porosity stage. The density of compacts is then increased pressing. finished includes Y 2 O 3 , Gd one or more Eu Nd Yb Dy Pr Tb rare-earth activator oxides. At least oxides elements Zr, Th, Ta included as a transparency promoting densifying agent. CaO SrO may be light output restorer.
