摘要: Methods, devices, and systems for performing intermittent detection during analytical reactions are provided. Such methods facilitate collection of reaction data from disparate times. Further, such useful reducing photo-induced damage one or more reactants in an illuminated at a given time. In preferred embodiments, the mixture is subjected to least non-illuminated period allowed proceed that time which less than threshold period.
