摘要: Abstract Post-stroke seizures occur in 5–20% of patients. Modeling stroke-induced animals provides a useful tool for investigating the molecular basis epileptogenesis and developing therapies stroke patients at increased risk epileptogenesis. The questions addressed study were: (1) Do rats develop spontaneous after transient occlusion middle cerebral artery (MCAO)? (2) Is associated with impaired hippocampus-dependent spatial learning memory? (3) Are functional abnormalities linked to axonal plasticity dentate gyrus? (4) Does sensorimotor impairment induced by MCAO predict epileptogenesis? Adult male Sprague–Dawley were subjected 120min.
