摘要: Abstract Objectives The purpose of this study was to review the current literature on rehabilitation protocols following arthroscopic meniscus repair. Methods A systematic performed Medline, Scopus, and Web Science databases identify relevant articles from January 1990 April 2019. Search terms were (meniscus OR meniscal repair) AND (repaired (rehabilitation physiotherapy physical therapy). Each independently scored for methodological research quality level using Modified Coleman Methodology Score (MCMS). variables extracted each study: publication year, type, evidence level, subject demographics, injury mechanism, tear surgical procedure, program [immobilization, weight bearing, ROM progression, therapeutic exercises, length follow-up, patient-reported outcome measurements, return sport timing/criteria failure rate/criteria. Results Eighteen studies met inclusion criteria. overall MCMS moderate 59.5 ± 11.7 (range = 42–90). average score postoperative 4.7 ± 1.18. Only 1 (5.6%) a prospective randomized controlled trial 14 (78%) had retrospective designs. Fourteen suggested that sports should occur between 3 6 months post-surgery. Early range motion immediate weight-bearing no influence over outcomes or rates vertical repairs. Conclusion Low scores, primarily designs poorly described made it difficult design an evidence-based patients repair isolated tear. An protocol is being attempted present based synopsis existing evidence.
