摘要: Experiments are described for measuring the lateral deviation of wireless waves after reflection from E and F regions ionosphere. It was found that greatest observed, 20° or more, due to e region, least, about 0·5°, normal region in case a distant transmitter.The time variation amplitude reflected wave be consistent with random scattering at ionosphere.In theoretical discussion it is shown changing horizontal irregularities, ion clouds, very important cause fading.
