摘要: Introduction: Despite the presence of many prognostic and predictive factors, overtreatment remains a major problem in patients with breast cancer. The aim this study is to investigate effects CD74 HLA-DR expressions on prognosis who have had mastectomy for the treatment cancer. Materials Methods: A retrospective search of medical records was carried out surgery cancer at Department General Surgery, Akdeniz University School Medicine, between March 1984 November 1999. Patients regular follow-up and necessary data (i.e. patients’ demographics, pathology results, treatment characteristics) were included study. Paraffin blocks tumor specimens were re-examined with immunohistochemical methods 2010 determine extent and HLA-DR expression level infiltrating lymphocyte (TILs). Results: The mean age median duration 41 participants 48.29 ± 11.86 years 125 months (range 115 135 months), respectively. Disease-free survival (DFS) negative subjects better than positive patients, but difference not statistically significant (p = 0.75). Similarly, HLA-DR groups showed no statistically significant differences terms DFS 0.81). Conclusion: There insignificant correlations increased expression CD74, decreased HLA-DR, TILs levels. Further studies involving larger sample sizes may provide more insight into these associations.
