摘要: Optical metallography and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations were made of a variety forged or sputtered copper, molybdenum, tantalum shaped charge components. The beginning liner grain sizes sub-structures compared with those observed in residual (ending), recovered corresponding jet fragments slugs. wide range microstructures evolutionary features can be characterized by low-energy dislocation structure (LEDS) principles which are altered because the deformation corresponds to hot working, dynamic recovery recrystallization play prominent role. There is relationship between starting size, Do, ratio Do/Ds, where Ds ending (slug jet), steady-state size. As consequence this relationship, it appears that volumetric stored energy, depends upon size density (or degree deformation), critical issue controlling stability.
