摘要: Abstract Network level evaluation of pavement surface drainage plays a crucial role in the improvement safety and reducing accident rates. Hydroplaning, as main considered cause accidents wet weather conditions, is consequence low quality draining surface. Since no automated system currently exists for evaluation, this work was conducted to present new assess process. To end, an innovative device presented simulate saturation condition acquire photos from process after saturation. Next, image processing method applied produce proper indices assessment. The preprocessing enhancement images performed using shearlet transform. rate progress evaluated by three extracted images. Finally, pavements were classified into categories according their drainage. validation proposed confusion matrix shows high performance simulation assessment road pavements.
