摘要: Summary 1. Surface sediment biofilm samples from 82 Pyrenean lakes were analysed for marker pigment composition using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). 2. Variability in the among was investigated by multivariate statistical analyses a large data set of factors describing lake chemical, physical, morphological and catchment characteristics. 3. Due to widely varying light penetration lakes, most significant gradient extended benthic planktonic signal. The important pigments alloxanthin (cryptophytes pigment, signal) diatoxanthin (diatoms signal). molar ratio between these two positively correlated with depth. 4. Chlorophyll-a preservation found be related development an autothrophic on surface negatively decreasing pH percentage alpine meadows catchments. 5. Zooplankton sediment, including grazing by-products (e.g. phaeophorbides) carotenoids (astaxanthin, canthaxanthin, echinenone) incorporated into their tissues, areal abundance zooplankton. 6. Marker photosynthetic bacteria, BChl-e okenone, mainly relatively shallow catchments that are forested, probably because higher loading allochthonous organic matter. 7. evaluation index (Chl-a expressed as a-phorbins) alloxanthin/diatoxanthin ratios throughout record mountain can provide evidence historical changes relative importance versus primary production might ultimately interpreted terms climatic or environmental changes.
