摘要: The paper presents a differential equation model for the feedback mechanisms between gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), follicle-stimulating (FSH), luteinizing (LH), development of follicles and corpus luteum, production estradiol (E2), progesterone (P4), inhibin A (IhA), B (IhB) during female menstrual cycle. Compared to earlier human cycle models, there are three important differences: presented here (a) does not involve any delay equations, (b) is based on deterministic modeling GnRH pulse pattern, (c) contains less equations parameters. These differences allow faster simulation parameter identification. focus GnRH-receptor binding, in particular, by inclusion pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) agonist, Nafarelin, antagonist, Cetrorelix, into model. final mathematical describes profiles (LH, FSH, P4, E2) throughout 12 healthy women. It correctly predicts hormonal changes following single multiple dose administration Nafarelin or Cetrorelix at different stages
