摘要: The Fermi surface of ordered ${\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}$Au, measured by de Haas---van Alphen spectroscopy, explains why the Hall coefficient changes sign, and displays a topology in excellent agreement with recent band calculation. A direct measurement neck radius this concentrated alloy is surprising rigid-band value. superlattice gap approximately 0.04 Ry. Since large portions are close to zone planes, electronic contribution order-disorder transformation non-negligible.
