摘要: Aim:To analyze the interventions aimed at practice of sleep hygiene, as well their applicability and effectiveness in clinical scenario, so that they may be used by pediatricians family physicians for parental advice.Source data:A search PubMed database was performed using following descriptors: hygiene OR education AND children or school-aged. In LILACS SciELO databases, descriptors Portuguese were: higiene E sono, educacao sono criancas, e infância, with no limitations publication period.Summary findings:In total, ten articles were reviewed, which main objectives to behavioral approaches techniques on children's quality parents' life. The one more following: positive routines; controlled comforting gradual extinction remodeling; written diaries monitor patterns. All yielded results.Conclusions:Although pediatric are easy apply adhere to, there have been very few studies evaluating available techniques. This review demonstrated these methods effective providing children, thus reflecting improved It is utmost importance aware such order adequately advise patients families.
