摘要: Abstract Hierarchical three-dimensional ZnO precursor flowers were synthesized by a wet chemistry route. Following subsequent calcinations, unprecedented 3D hierarchical assembled spiderweb-like architectures are obtained. Close examination reveals that the 2D ‘petals’ composed of 1D porous nanoparticle chains with diameter about 20–30 nm, in which 0D nanoparticles. The surface area to volume ratio was measured be 27.7 m 2 /g using BET method. Such grew onto ceramic tube situ form deposited film sensor. also coated sensor for comparison. This exhibited an improved ethanol sensing performance ultrafast response time 0.3 s and low detection limit 0.1 ppm, resulted from architecture remaining on
