摘要: The present investigation is concerned with the design, synthesis of a series tert-butyl 2-substituted amidophenylcarbamate derivatives object discovering in vitro antibacterial and antifungal active agents. compounds were synthesized good yields. All analogues screened for activity against three gram positive negative species. 5b 5d showed higher effect than standard norfloxacin. remaining to moderate activity. 5c anti fungal drug. MIC data compound suggested that 5j are more potent bacteria fungi respectively. molecular docking studies correlation between their antimicrobial activity, score, binding energy values found best fit.
