摘要: An 83-year-old male underwent coronary angiography, which revealed a heavily calcified, completely occluded proximal left anterior descending artery (LAD), 60%–70% stenosis of the circumflex, and significant disease in distal dominant right artery. Percutaneous revascularization LAD was attempted.
