Mn doped Co(OH)2 nanosheets as electrode materials for high performance supercapacitors

摘要: Abstract Two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials have great potential in supercapacitors (SCs). Herein, we reported for first synthesis of Mn doped Co(OH)2 nanosheets via a hydrothermal decomposition mixed aqueous solution MnCl2·6H2O, CoCl2·6H2O and CO(NH2)2 at 200 °C 6 h without using any template or surfactant. The synergetic effect unique 2D structure doping is favorable electron transportation ion penetration. nanosheets-based electrode displayed high specific capacitance 1915.88 F·g−1 1.0 A·g−1 superior cycle performance 93.5% retention over 5,000 charge–discharge cycles 10.0 A·g−1. present synthetic route provides simple facile method large-scale production electrochemical energy storage.
