摘要: This paper reviews and critiques the Sexual Experiences Questionnaire (SEQ), "... a self-report inventory representing first attempt to assess prevalence of sexual harassment in manner that met traditional psychometric standards" (Fitzgerald, Gelfand, & Drasgow, 1995, p. 427). Widely used by its developers others as measure harassment, SEQ is not finished product, has number problems, weak properties. Because inconsistencies (e.g., time frame, items, wording items), lacks advantages standardized measures, such ability changes over time. It defines very broadly, having effect distorting findings about harassment. Most importantly, it clear what or whose definition assesses.
