摘要: Twenty-five human muscle afferents from the extensor digitorum muscles of forearm were studied with microneurographic method. Single unit impulses recorded while subjects performed alternating movements moderate speed at appropriate metacarpophalangeal joint. For comparison, responses to imposed similar amplitudes and velocities also studied. Most spindle (n = 17) provided a stretch response both kinds movement. However, impulse rate was slightly higher interspike interval variability much larger during active Two units deviating profiles: flat profile converse response. Small constant torque loads usually failed modify but gave rise increase in 50% afferents. In one single unit, appeared opposing loads. The findings support view that, general, spindles monitor velocity routine as long are small, whereas Golgi tendon organs amount recruitment. significance profiles remains obscure.
